You will be asked to pay a security deposit to cover any damage. The security deposit is set at US$2,500, but may vary depending on the property reserved. This deposit is reserved on your credit card upon arrival and will be released upon departure and safe return of the property.

First, select the villa of your dreams on our website. Once you’ve made your choice, our reservations team will be happy to deal with your request, or you can book directly online.

For online reservations, the procedure is simple: choose your villa, enter your dates, the number of adults and children and click on “Reservation Request”. Follow the instructions and confirm your reservation.

The Agency has 24 hours to process your request. We will inform you of the confirmation or rejection of your request. While your request is being processed, you will not be charged.

With the exception of certain cases, your reservation will be secured upon receipt of the deposit (30% of the total, or 50% during holiday periods). Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, or 90 days for holiday stays. A reminder will be sent to you one week before the balance is due. Please note that our villas are subject to a strict cancellation policy, and we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to protect your interests.

As a general rule, villas have a maximum capacity of two guests per room. This means that each room is designed to accommodate two people only. However, it is possible to add an extra guest, subject to the owner’s approval. Additional fees may apply for the use of an extra bed and/or additional charges. It is essential to note that each villa imposes its own guidelines and conditions.

It is also important to bear in mind that infants and children have guest status and must therefore be included in the overall occupancy count. When booking, please bear in mind that the presence of children is included in the calculation of the total number of guests allowed.

For a villa rental, a minimum stay of five to seven nights is generally required, due to the effort and expense involved in preparing the home for subsequent guests. This practice is quite different from that of hotels, hence the need for extended stays in villas. During the festive season, especially around Christmas and New Year, villas may require a minimum of ten or fourteen nights. However, there are exceptions where owners may agree to shorter luxury stays if the booking is made within 45 days of arrival or if it coincides with available slots. Arrival times are generally agreed by appointment between 3:00 pm and 8:30 pm, unless otherwise agreed by the agency. Please contact the agency at least one week before your arrival date so that we can organize your pick-up. A reminder e-mail will be sent to you to encourage you to complete your check-in/check-out formalities online and finalize the details of your reception.

Please note that for late arrivals, i.e. after 8.30pm, additional charges may apply.

With the exception of certain cases, the rental price includes daily cleaning of the villa, except Sundays and public holidays, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linen is changed every three days, while towels are replaced every two days. We recommend that you carefully consult the list of “compulsory” services associated with each property to clearly identify the services included in the villa selected.

All our villas are equipped with laundry facilities, including a washing machine and, in most cases, a tumble dryer. These appliances are for the exclusive use of the housekeeping staff to maintain the premises, with rare exceptions. In particular, our villas in Saint-Barthélemy do not offer these facilities on a self-service basis.

For liability and insurance reasons, the use of these machines is restricted. Indeed, inappropriate use could cause damage such as flooding, resulting in additional liability. This precautionary measure is taken to protect both guests and villa owners.
