Having setled on this dream island in 2003, I have developed a high level of expertise in the local property market and wanted to share my passion for luxury hotels and restaurants, which I have been involved in for over twenty years in renowned establishments throughout the world. That's why in 2008, I launched FRED MANAGEMENT, then VIRTUEL 3D CREATION in 2018, to provide a professional and personalised property management service to owners and new buyers of villas on the island.
