What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival at the villa is from 3 pm and departure before 12 am (unless otherwise agreed with the agency). Please consult the description of each of our villas.
What is the cancellation policy?
- More than 90 days before the arrival date: no penalty will be applied to the tenant.
- Between 90 days and 60 days before the arrival date: the Agency will retain the 30% deposit.
- Less than 60 days before the arrival date: the Agency will retain the full rental amount.
